2019 TCU-Oklahoma State Game Photos

Freshman Kee'yon Stewart (#2) got the start because game officials determined that the t-shirt under his jersey was too long. So, Gladney missed the first defensive snap. He entered the game on the second defensive snap.

For the game against Oklahoma State, TCU players wore white helmets, white jerseys and white pants.

(photos above and below) Oklahoma State redshirt freshman quarterback Spencer Sanders (#3) of Ryan High School in Denton, Texas, led the Cowboys' onslaught against the Frogs. Sanders completed nine of 15 passes for 158 yards and two touchdowns. He threw touchdown passes of 57 and 22 yards to wide receiver Dillon Stoner (#17). He also had a 47-yard completion in the game.
(photos above and below) Oklahoma State redshirt freshman quarterback Spencer Sanders (#3) of Ryan High School in Denton, Texas, rushed for 88 yards in Oklahoma State's 34-27 victory over the Horned Frogs. Sanders had five rushes of 10 yards or more. With his 158 passing yards, Sanders accounted for 246 total yards against TCU. His performance earned him Big 12 Newcomer of the Week honors.
Oklahoma State redshirt sophomore running back Chuba Hubbard (#30) accounted for 223 yards of the Cowboys' 301 rushing yards against the Horned Frogs. Hubbard is the first player to surpass 200 rushing yards against a Gary Patterson-coached defense, and he accomplished the feat on only 20 rushes. Hubbard's performance was the eighth time in Big 12 history that a player has rushed for 200 yards with 20 or fewer attempts in a Big 12 game. Hubbard's performance earned him Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week honors.
Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard (#30) breaks loose on a 92-yard touchdown run against TCU. The run was the fourth-longest play in Oklahoma State history, and it also marked the longest rush allowed by TCU since a 95-yard run during the 1993 season.

With his performance against TCU, Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard (#30) now has rushed for at least 100 yards in seven consecutive games, which is the longest active streak in the FBS. He has rushed for 100 yards in 11 of his last 13 games and he has at least one rushing touchdown in every game this season.
Oklahoma State wide receiver Dillon Stoner (#17) catches a 22-yard touchdown pass, despite the defensive efforts of TCU cornerback Jeff Gladney (#12) and safety Trevon Moehrig (#7). Stoner also caught a 57-yard touchdown pass in the game.
Oklahoma State kicker Matt Ammendola (#49) makes a 26-yard field goal in the first quarter, for Oklahoma State's first points of the game against TCU. In the fourth quarter, Ammendola accounted for the Cowboys' final points of the game with a 43-yard field goal.

Harvell-Peel had two interceptions and a fumble recovery in Oklahoma State's victory over the Frogs. He also had six tackles and two pass break-ups. His performance earned him Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week honors.
Oklahoma head coach Mike Gundy was pleased with his team's performance in the Cowboys' 34-27 win over TCU. Based on their performances against the Horned Frogs, three Oklahoma State players received Big 12 weekly honors. Plus, the victory was OSU's sixth of the season, qualifying the team for bowl eligibility for the 14th straight year.

(photos above and below) TCU true freshman quarterback Max Duggan (#15) completed 21 of 39 passes for 258 yards against Oklahoma State. He threw one touchdown pass. The 21 completions were a career high for Duggan. He has thrown a touchdown pass in seven of this season's eight games. He has thrown 12 touchdown passes this season. In the Oklahoma State game, Duggan also threw three interceptions. It was his first multi-interception game ofhis collegiate football career. The Cowboys pressured Duggan throughout the game. He was sacked four times.
(photos above and below) Against Oklahoma State, TCU quarterback Max Duggan (#15) was TCU's leading rusher. He ran with the football 16 times for 86 net yards and one touchdown of six yards. It was his fourth rushing touchdown of the season, third on the team. He had a long run of 42 yards, the second-longest run in his collegiate football career. Duggan led TCU in rushing for the third straight game. He became the first quarterback to do that since Trevone Boykin in 2015.
Oklahoma State's defense pressured TCU quarterback Max Duggan (#15) throughout the game. On this play (photo above) in the fourth quarter, Duggan was smashed by OSU defensive end Trace Ford (#94). Duggan evidently suffered an injury to the middle finger of his throwing hand. The injury forced Duggan to leave the game (photo below). He was replaced by Mike Collins. Duggan's availability is not known for the Baylor game this Saturday, November 9.
(photos above and below) TCU quarterback Mike Collins (#10) replaced the injured Max Duggan against Oklahoma State. Collins only was in the game for five plays, but he was pounded by the Cowboys and suffered an injury that may make him unavailable for the Baylor game this Saturday, November 9.

(photos above and below) Against Oklahoma State, TCU senior running back Sewo Olonilua (#33) ran nine times for 27 times and one touchdown, a one-yarder in the fourth quarter. The touchdown was his fifth of the season and 15th of his career.
TCU kicker Jonathan Song (#46) kicked two field goals of 40 yards each against Oklahoma State. He is 15-of-16 on the season and 32-of-36 in his career. He is 31-of-32 on attempts of 40 yards or less.
(photos above and below) Against Oklahoma State, TCU junior tight end Artayvious Lynn (#88) caught two passes for 30 yards, including a career long reception of 25 yards.
(photos above and below) TCU sophomore wide receiver Taye Barber (#4) had a career-high seven receptions for 60 yards in the Frogs' 34-27 loss to Oklahoma State.
Against Oklahoma State, TCU sophomore tight end Pro Wells (#81) had career highs with four catches for 52 yards, including a long reception of 24 yards, which went for a touchdown in the second quarter. The touchdown gave him a team-leading five receiving touchdowns on 12 receptions. The 24-yarder equaled the longest catch of his career.
(photos above and below) In the Oklahoma State game, TCU junior wide receiver Jalen Reagor (#1) was shaken up a couple of times, but he always was able to return to game action. He had season highs with seven receptions for 128 yards against the Cowboys. He has 2,091 career receiving yards.

TCU redshirt freshman defensive end Ochaun Mathis (#32) tackles Oklahoma State running back Chuba Hubbard (#30). TCU held Hubbard to 31 yards in the first half. Hubbard broke lose for 192 rushing yards in the second half.
TCU safety Trevon Moehrig (#7) celebrates his interception in the Oklahoma State game with safety Innis Gianes (#6) and cornerback Jeff Gladney (#12). Moehrig's interception was his team-best fourth of the season. It is the most interceptions by a Horned Frog since Nick Orr had four in 2016.
TCU junior linebacker Garret Wallow (#30) tackles Oklahoma State quarterback Spencer Sanders (#3). Wallow had a team-best 11 tackles in the Oklahoma State game. He reached double figures in tackles for the fourth time this season. Wallow has led TCU in tackles in all but one game this season.
Defensive tackle Ross Blacklock (#90) had a career-high seven tackles, include one for a loss, in the loss to Oklahoma State. Defensive tackle Corey Bethley (#94) had a sack for the second straight game. He has two sacks on the season and eight in his career, the most among current Horned Frogs. Defensive end Shameik Blackshear (#91) had a sack to given him 1.5 on the season.
