(photos above and below) TCU quarterback Shawn Robinson (#3) completed 17 of 29 passes against the Longhorns for 197 yards. He threw one touchdown pass and two interceptions.
TCU quarterback Shawn Robinson (#3) nearly scored a touchdown (photo above) on one of his runs, but on another run, he fumbled the ball (photo below) and the Longhorns recovered. Robinson was TCU's leading rusher in the game, netting 57 yards on nine runs.
TCU wide receiver Jalen Reagor (#1) beat Texas defensive back Kris Boyd (#2) and caught a one-yard touchdown pass from TCU quarterback Shawn Robinson in the second quarter. The score gave TCU a 13-10 lead at the half. TCU was outscored, 21-3, in the second half, and lost to the Longhorns, 31-16.
TCU quarterback Shawn Robinson (#3, photo above) threw two interceptions in the Texas game. One of the interceptions was nearly returned for a touchdown by Longhorn defensive back Caden Sterns (#7, photo below), who had two interceptions in the game.
After a big game on September 15 against Ohio State, TCU running back Darius Anderson (#6, photos above and below) was held by the Longhorns' defense to 15 yards rushing on eight attempts.
TCU running back Sewo Olonilua (#33, photos above and below) managed 55 yards rushing on 12 attempts against the Longhorns.
TCU starting quarterback Shawn Robinson (#3) received a lot of attention and advice during the game against the Longhorns.
TCU quarterback Michael Collins (#10) saw limited action late in the game against Texas. He completed three of nine passes for 34 yards. He ran the ball once, for six yards.
TCU field goal kicker Jonathan Song (#46) was good on three-of-four field goal attempts against Texas.
TCU starting offensive lineman Cordel Iwuagwu (#70) was injured during the Texas game and may miss the Iowa State game on Saturday, September 29.
TCU head coach Gary Patterson had his defense playing well against Texas. The Frogs limited the Longhorns to 372 total yards, but for the second consecutive game forced no turnovers.
TCU defenders, including Ben Banogu (#15) and Ty Summers (#42), harassed Texas quarterback Sam Ehlinger throughout the game. Banogu had 1.5 sacks in the game. Ehlinger completed 22 of 32 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns.
TCU linebacker Garrett Wallow (#30) led TCU defenders with 11 total tackles.

Texas running back Tre Watson (#5) and wide receiver Collin Johnsn (#9) scored touchdowns against TCU. Watson had a three-yard touchdown run in the first quarter. He had 58 yards on 15 carries. Johnson caught a 31-yard touchdown pass in the third quarter. He had seven receptions for 124 yards.
Texas running back Keaontay Ingram (#26) tries to avoid TCU defenders on one of his eight carries. He had 38 yards rushing.
Texas field goal kicker Cameron Dicker (#17) converted only one of three field goal attempts. It was a 34-yarder.

Texas fans rejoiced in their team's third consecutive victory and a win that broke a four-game losing streak to TCU. Since beginning Big 12 play in 2012, the Horned Frogs are 5-2 versus the Longhorns. TCU's Gary Patterson is 5-3 as a head coach against Texas.
