TCU
hosted Iowa State in a Big 12 Conference football game on Saturday,
November 8, in Amon G. Carter Stadium on the TCU campus. Kickoff was at
2:30 pm (Central). The theme of the game was "Hail All Heroes - Military
Appreciation." The Horned Frogs lost the football game, 20-17, but
former, current and future military members were winners throughout the
day of patriotic events. A flyover was supposed to be one of the special
events of the afternoon, but there was no flyover. |
