On the first day of the three-day early national signing period (December 4 - 6) for 2025 college athletic recruits, TCU football signed 29 student-athletes.
The Horned Frogs’ class is rated No. 1 in the Big 12 for the first time. Its No. 20 national ranking is the highest in program history in the 247Sports era.
Twenty of the 25 high school signees are from Texas. Twenty of TCU’s newcomers will enroll for the spring semester.

- Joseph Albright (S, 5-11, 175, Houston, Texas; Westfield High School): Rated a three-star prospect ... the 247Sports Composite had him as the nation’s No. 82 safety and No. 145 recruit in Texas ... recorded 82 tackles, including two for loss, with nine pass breakups, an interception and forced fumble as a junior ... also saw action on offense and as a return specialist ... played at Aldine Eisenhower High School prior to his junior year ... member of Westfield’s Texas 6A regional-qualfying 4x100 relay ... ran a 11.12 in the 100 meters his junior year.
- Dillon Arkansas (ILB, 6-1, 190, Denton, Texas; Ryan High School): Three-star recruit rated by 247Sports the No. 110 linebacker in the nation and No. 158 prospect in Texas ... totaled 80 tackles as a junior with six for loss and a sack ... also had two pass breakups, a forced fumble and fumble recovery ... had 73 stops, including five for loss, with two sacks, two interceptions, a forced fumble and pass breakup his sophomore year ... his brother, DJ Arkansas, is a linebacker at Rice.
- Perry Cole Jr. (DL, 6-3, 300, Palestine, Texas; Palestine High School; Trinity Valley CC): Rated by the 247Sports Composite JUCO as the nation’s No. 8 defensive lineman and No. 3 overall recruit in Texas ... the country’s No. 14 JUCO player by 247Sports ... totaled 29 tackles and two sacks as a junior at Palestine High School ... named to the Texas Sports Writers Association 4A All-State team as a punter ... averaged 35.6 yards and placed seven punts inside the 20 ... also played basketball and competed in the discus with a junior season throw of 125-5.
- Kollin Collier (S, 6-1, 180, Memphis, Tenn.; Munford High School; Hutchinson CC): Recorded three interceptions, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and 33 tackles, including a sack, for Hutchinson Community College in 2024 ... an ESPN three-star recruit.
- Jon Denman (RB, 5-10, 195, Palestine, Texas; Westwood High School): The nation’s No. 60 running back and No. 120 recruit in Texas by 247Sports ... three-star prospect ... rushed for 871 yards and 14 touchdowns as a junior at Palestine High School ... utilized as a Wildcat quarterback ... also played basketball and ran track ... had a 10.93 time in the 100 meters his junior year and a 23.13 in the indoor 200 ... his nephew is fellow TCU signee Keylan Abrams.
