TCU’s Olivia Miles became the second Horned Frog to collect Big 12 Player of the Year honors, along with being named the league’s Newcomer of the Year, as the 2025-26 Phillips 66 All-Big 12 Women’s Basketball Awards were revealed.

The awards were voted on by the Conference’s head coaches, who could not vote for their own players.

The All-Big 12 First Team includes Miles and teammate Marta Suarez. Fellow Horned Frog Donovyn Hunter received honorable mention honors. She also was named to the All-Big 12 Defensive Team.

Miles set records throughout the season as the three-time All-American tied Baylor’s Brittney Griner and K-State’s Shalee Lehning for the most career triple-doubles by a Big 12 player and is tied with Caitlin Clark for the third-most triple-doubles in a season in NCAA history (five). Miles also reached her 2,000th career point during the season, becoming just the ninth active player to reach the milestone and one of four players in NCAA history to tally at least 2,000 points, 800 rebounds and 800 assists. The guard from Phillipsburg, New Jersey guided the Horned Frogs to their second consecutive outright Big 12 women’s basketball regular season title. TCU became the first league team to win back-to-back regular season championships within three seasons of finishing in last place. Miles gives TCU back-to-back Player of the Years after Hailey Van Lith won the award in 2025.
