Indiana tops the final College Football Playoff teams for the 2025 season. Here are the 12 teams that will be playing for the national championship:

- Oklahoma
- Alabama
- Miami
- Tulane
- James Madison
The 12-team field includes five automatic spots for conference champions and seven at-large spots.
The top four teams get first-round byes to the quarterfinals. Those teams will play in the Cotton (December 31), Orange (January 1), Rose (January 1) and Sugar (December 31) bowls. Teams seeded 5-8 host seeds 9-12 on December 19-20.

- December 20: Texas A&M hosts Miami
- December 20: at Ole Miss hosts Tulane
- December 20: Oregon hosts James Madison
