Below is the USA TODAY Sports AFCA 2022 Football Bowl Subdivision Top 25 Week 6 Poll, which includes in the top 25 five Big 12 teams: Oklahoma State (#7, with 1,225 points; Kansas (#17, 433 points); TCU (#18, 425 points); Kansas State (#20, 324 points); and Baylor (#22, 230 points).

Big 12 traitor Texas and Oklahoma are listed among "others receiving votes." The Longhorns are in 34th place (22 points). The Sooners are in 37th place (19 points).

The poll is conducted weekly throughout the regular collegiate football season using a panel of head coaches at FBS schools. Each coach submits a Top 25 with a first-place vote worth 25 points, second place 24, and so on down to one point for 25th.
