In a preseason poll, Big 12 baseball coaches have picked TCU baseball to finish second in the Big 12 this season. The Horned Frogs earned one first-place vote and had 52 points.
TCU is ranked in three preseason polls: No. 10 in the D1Baseball.com poll; No. 13 in the Baseball America poll; No. 19 in the Collegiate Baseball poll.
Big 12 coaches picked Texas Tech to win the league. The Red Raiders received seven first-place votes and 63 points. Picked third, Texas received one first-place vote and received 46 points. Oklahoma State (46 points) was picked fourth, followed by Oklahoma (31), West Virginia (29), Kansas State (28), Baylor (25) and Kansas (8).
