Thank you for previously renewing your 2020 TCU Football season tickets and/or parking. Your continued support is appreciated, even more so today!
As you may have already heard or seen, due to the current state and local health and safety guidelines, we are anticipating a reduced capacity at Amon G. Carter Stadium for the 2020 football season. Our team is modeling scenarios and preparing for a number of different capacity limits. Our goal remains to safely accommodate as many Horned Frogs fans as possible for each of our 6 home games.
Because you have already renewed for 2020, you are automatically being included in these potential limited capacity plans to be finalized in July.
Regardless of your seating situation for the 2020 season, you will be given the option to renew the same tickets and parking (with the opportunity to potentially upgrade) for the 2021 season.
As we work through all possible seating scenarios, we will not be able to provide an upgrade option for this season. We fully expect to have this option available again next season. Thank you for understanding.
Season ticket and parking accounts will have the following refund options for any TCU games canceled (including limited or no fan scenarios) due to the COVID-19 pandemic:
Option 1 – Apply credit to the next season
Option 2 – Apply credit to the Frog Club for additional priority points
Option 3 – Refund cost of season tickets and parking
We are constantly monitoring the situation and will adjust as restrictions are updated by our health officials. We will be taking all of the necessary precautions and measures to provide a safe, fan-friendly atmosphere at Amon G. Carter Stadium this fall. We look forward to welcoming you back on campus!
Please understand that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or area of assembly. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to health experts, senior citizens and guests with previous medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
By attending a TCU event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable illnesses.
